At the 53rd St. Gallen Symposium, I was a member of the IT team. On campus, I was responsible for setting up and ensuring the smooth running of the IT at the information desk. Additionally, I contributed to the finishing details to ensure that the technology backstage remained hidden from the guests for optimal guest experience.
